sorry dont understand your question
What 2 events occurred after the Battle of Antietam that changed how the Civil War would be prosecuted from?
1.) The Emancipation Proclamation, which freed slaves in those states which were in open rebellion against the Union (i.e., the Confederacy), was a diplomatic move designed to keep Britain out of the war. It made the war about freeing the slaves, which would repel Britain since they were actively engaged in ridding the world of slavery elsewhere.

2.) I would venture to guess that that crazy general McClellan was relieved of command. McClellan did not ever pursue the Confederates and often disobeyed orders from Lincoln.

Cheers!
